Wuesthoff Sunrise
(Melbourne Florida)
4/8/05

This photo was taken next to the Wuesthoff Hospital Emergency room in Melbourne Florida. This a beautiful facility with great service.

Take notice of rays of light peeking from the clouds in the sky. A beautiful start to a beautiful day.

This Grand old tree can be found in the middle of a playground where it continues to spark the imagination of all who gaze upon it.

The Rose
(Palm Bay Florida)
4/20/05

The Rose is a photo that I took while messing around in my front garden.

This very special rose bush was planted back in 1988, and did not give us these beautiful flowers until after the 2004 Hurricanes.

Life begins anew.

Reflections 1.
(Sebring Florida)

While traveling with my lovely guide Josephine C, we became lost in the Highlands Hammock State Park.

As we searched for a way back to civilization we stumbled upon this gorgeous stream, and there was no way I was going to go home without capturing its beauty.

This picture is one of dozens, and one of 4 displayed on this web site.

Florida Rose
(Palm Bay, Florida)
4/20/05

Several pictures were taken this day. I taught my kids a thing or two about taking pictures and out of curiosity compared the pictures taken of the same image with 3 different cameras. My old Sony Mavica that uses floppy discs and records images at 1.3 Mega Pixels (now with a Sony Memory Stick Adapter and memory stick). My daughter who has a Fuji Digital Camera with an internal memory card that records at 3.2 Mega Pixels, and a 35 mm camera.

The results were not surprising, the images taken with the Mavica turned out to be superior due to the larger lens surface area. The Fuji did take some nice photo's and the 35 mm went back into a drawer where it belongs, it couldn't compete with the image quality.

Silver Lining
(Palm Bay, Florida)

Another typical Palm Bay Sunset. We often don't give our sunsets enough credit because they don't come down over a beach, but if we take the time to notice you'll discover each sunset is a gift.
